Most of our membership grew up and developed in this community.  We had many who helped us to develop and attain skills that made us leaders of our communities today.  We will strive to give our youth the same advantage of our experiences.

We believe that there is a Genius in each student.  We strive to enhance the learning in the students we touch by instilling superior studying habits and skills. We will work with the student through our volunteers in education while working with the respective school districts to identify and enhance the learning experience.

We see a need and it is our aim to fulfill it. As more households become one parent/one income households, Lift As We Climb Coalition is engaging community volunteers to help fill in the gap for our children.  We are professionals and will work with parents to provide positive mentoring experiences.
